Al does research (as the researcher and now as the subject)

Al Abukhdair (evening undergraduate student Civil Engineering) participated in the first ever Citadel SURE (Summer Undergraduate Research Experience) program this past summer mentored under Dr. Ghanat. His project (along with his colleague Emmett Smith) was entitled Shear wave velocity in upper 100 ft of the sites in greater Charleston area. Here is he presenting his research at the Wofford SURF program and then helping one of his colleagues (Jensine Lamira) collect her data for a project entitled Effect of mouthpiece use on respiratory rate. You have to love someone who not only does the research but helps others with theirs!
