Course Based Research (Lessons from Chemistry)


(Submitted by Dr. Hunter): The students (chemistry juniors/seniors) in my Quantitative Analysis course have been working for 5 weeks on projects related to brewing beer. They are examining how varied mashing conditions impact free amino nitrogen, glucose, and antioxidant activity.
